I am comparing the Canon powershot g9 and the canon powershot sx200. the sx200 model has more zoom, but I know that the G9 can zoom while in video mode… Can the SX200 also zoom in video mode?

I dropped my Canon Powershot SD300 and the lens got bent and will not go back into the camera. I am not sure where to send in the camera, or who to contact about this problem. Internally the camera is fine, just the crooked lens piece. I’m not sure if I can drop it off at a local camera shop, or have to send it in to Canon, or have any other options other than that. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
I’m going to a Beyonce concert in September and I want to be able to record a bunch of the show. I have a Canon PowerShot SD1000 and (I believe) one 2 GB SD memory card, and two 1 GB SD memory cards.
Does anyone have an estimate as to how many minutes of video I’ll be able to take?
Help me please!!! I can’t figure out how to take black and white pictures on my canon powershot SD1000. If anyone knows can u tell me how. I do not want the kind where u take some of the picture in black and white. I want the whole thing in black and white.

I have a Canon PowerShot S5 IS and am looking for an external flash for the camera. Someone told me that the 220EX E-TTL SPEEDLITE would be a good flash, but everything for it keeps pointing to the Rebel series camera. I just don’t want to buy the wrong one. Thanks.
The photo taken with Canon PowerShot G7 is 2736×3648, but it’s resolution is only 180 ppi. Does anyone know if it’s possible to use this type of camera to take a photo with a resolution of 300 ppi?

Canon Powershot SX20 IS, how to focus on a person but blur in the back?
How do you focus on the person face or body (which ever) but blur the background out?
Also How do you take pictures with a lot of motion on it, for example running so it comes out perfectly? I tried continous shots and sport setting but it hasnt worked.
I was searching through ebay for the Canon IXUS 100 IS, and I have found many advertising Canon PowerShot SD780 IS / IXUS 100 IS. I was just wondering if these were the same camera as I don’t really want to be buying the wrong thing?
Thanks.
I’m looking for a camra that has fast reaction time, does video, and is less than $100. Someone suggested a Canon Powershot, but I don’t know which kind, there are so many!
