I am happy with the camera I purchased. I did think however, that we ordered the one that came with a card, which this one did not. The problem was as usual, shipping. Most times you want to ship to our physical address and once in awhile, our P.O. box. There was once where you mixed the two together. When we tried to trace the shipment of our camera two and a half weeks after purchase this time we were told you sent it to our physical address via usps, which does not deliver to the house. There should be somewhere on the final invoice that says you only ship to p.o. boxes when you’re including the free shipping. Because this has been a problem several times with us we are not likely to order anything from you if we need it in a hurry because of the shipping problems we so frequently have with you. Otherwise the product was fine.

I bought this camera 4 months ago from amazon. the problem is just after two months i realized that there were some marks on each picture i took. the service (official canon service but not in the usa) said there was some dust in the lens. i dont know how it got in. when i asked to the service, they said it was a production mistake. they said that there must have been dust in the camera already and when i used it, it came into the lens. it takes too much time to send it to the service. I already had to leave the USA, so I paid 19 euros.
Second problem was there is a small red spot on the lens. it needs to be changed but it doesnt affect picture quality, so I didnt want to pay 60 euros for it. I have still red spot on my camera although i had screen protector.
what i was told by canon is, I have to send it to my friend in the usa and s/he needs to send it to canon, then canon will send it to my friend; then S/he will send it to me. They dont accept any international packs.
i am at home and dont take pictures nowadays. I hope there will not be problem, because the guarantee is not available. i knew it was not available but i didnt know i would have those problems just in 2 months.
I paid fee to Canon service. it really sucks and i wont buy any canon any more…

I took this camera to NYC during the winter and it was perfect. Since it was freezing, I wanted to keep my hands in my pockets as much as possible. This camera is so small, it fit perfectly in my jacket pocket (w/ my hand). Whenever I wanted to take a quick pic, I was able to whip it out of my pocket, take the pic, and stick it back in my pocket (w/ my cold hand) in record time. It takes great pictures and video. Love it! I also got many compliments on the black color.
