I want to get a canon powershot digital camera, but there is more than one version, and I don’t know which is best. I need a widescreen, so I can get everything in the picture, without half of something being cut out of the shot. like only half of someone’s head makes it into the picture, ect. I want to avoid that from now on. I heard powershots had widescreens, now I just need to know which one to get. Thanks.
I have a Canon PowerShot SD1100 and a Dell desktop computer- the camera wont hook up to the computer with its cord anymore- my computer wont recognize it. What kind of memory card reader would work?
The memory card in the camera is an SD-K046 4 GB.

I am in love with the interface, screen size, shutter speed and sleek design of the Powershot, but this is one of many times it has need to gone into the shop. Do you know of a similar camera (within the same size/price range) that has similar features but is more sturdy?

I have a Canon PowerShot SD1000 and it doesn’t do very well when it comes to concerts. The main problem is that I don’t use flash and that makes the picture blurry. I have to hold it at a stillness that my hand can’t achieve with out help. Does the Canon PowerShot SD900 have better image stabilization?
