How To Use The Black & White Effect Of The Canon Powershot A75 Digital Camera??

I cant figure out how to turn on the B&W effect feature for the Canon Powershot A75 camera. Also if any of you have any tips/tricks for photography I would appreciate it if you would reply with some. Thank you

To shoot in BW you have to change your mode from Auto to P or Tv, or Av, or M. If you are not too familiar with the camera controls I would leave it in P. P is just like Auto, only that it will let you have a bit more features. Once you are in P press function and sellect the Photo Effect from the menu. In Photo Affect you will find as the last feature the BW. In the same place you have sepia too, that can be cool in certain situations.
