It is a decent frame, that was fairly easy to load pictures onto and looks great. The only trouble I ran into is that the controller based interface is a little clunky and for a while changing the transition time just did not stick.

Bought this frame for my 83 year old father and loaded it up with lots of his old photos. The picture quality is excellent and the 15″ size puts my 10″ frame to shame. The only thing I would have liked to have that this frame doesn’t provided is a random slide show, instead the pictures show in the same order each time. No big deal, but I like the random feature of my personal frame. I would definitely recommend this frame

all in all , its good. It sometimes freezes up and has to be reset. Support stand does not lock in selected position but with a little duct tape that is easily solved. The freezing up is the most annoying thing.

I’ll start with the good. The frame is nice looking and has a good feel as far as construction. It has some weight to it, so I don’t feel like it’s a flimsy product. The display is nice. Crisp images and large viewing area. The price was good for a frame of this size.
The bad. First of all, I hate the adapter. I specifically wanted something I could mount on the wall, knowing full well I would have to find a way to hide the cord. Unfortunately, this is not the kind of frame that has the bulky part of the adapter at the plug. Nope. It has a 2-part cord with the brick at the midway point. Naturally, this means if you are hanging this on the wall, you either had to hang it low enough that the brick is at outlet level or hang it over a piece of furniture that can hide the brick. Hopefully, you can figure out a way to hold the brick up so that it isn’t pulling on the cord by hanging loose. This frame does NOT have the same back construction as shown in some of the older photos. Do not be fooled!
Second, I’m glad the frame has an internal 1GB of memory. Too bad that for whatever reason, half of my files were scrambled into some sort of gibberish and when I attempted to delete them from the frame and start over, I got error messages and couldn’t do it. Instead, I uploaded my images to an SD card and inserted that into the frame. That worked flawlessly. If you get this frame, use the SD card slot. Fewer problems and that way you don’t have to worry about not being able to return a product that is partially loaded with personal images you are unable to delete.
The stand on the back of the frame is the only flimsy part. It’s nice that it’s adjustable, but if you move the frame it can sometimes slide into another position. I haven’t mounted the frame on the wall yet because I’m trying to find a spot where I can do it and not have to worry about the adapter looking like junk.
One more thing this frame does NOT do that is mentioned in other reviews. It does not have a random selection mode in slide show. When you select ‘Random’, you are selecting a random swipe from image to image. The images are displayed in the order they are stored in memory. Soooo not what I was looking for. I’m debating whether I’ll return it or not. If I can get everything deleted from the internal memory, I probably will.
