Dude if I were you I would replace it before paying for any repair, you will come out ahead. Especially if you buy last years model it will be a much better investment.
The SD300 is a 3 year old model camera. If the lens is permanently damaged, then it would be pointless to try to get it fixed.
It would actually be cheaper to buy a new camera.
The advantage of a new model is better image quality & features and faster camera performance etc.

Any repairs will be at your expense since you abused the camera by dropping it. The cost will likely exceed the price of a new camera.
Use the Powershot SD300 as a paperweight and begin shopping for your new camera. You should find plenty of good deals now. Use a wrist strap or neck strap with your new camera to prevent dropping it. (I wish I had $1 for every question in here that begins “… I dropped my camera…”)
Take it to a camera shop which sells Canon.
They’ll know what to do.
